PERSEPHONE DARK begins with the pomegranate.
Tart pomegranate and red currant open the fragrance with a bright, crimson sharpness, touched by grapefruit and lemon peel. Darker fruits begin to gather underneath as black currant, damson plum, blackberry, and fig deepen the opening without turning it sugary. The effect is lush but bitter-edged — ripe fruit just before winter takes hold.
